I moved to Vegas as a single mom of three, two of which have special needs. A few weeks after arriving found out I was very sick and needed a lot of care. Living here has been nothing short of a blessing from rose and Leos kindness to having any issues taken care of immediately! very clean and nice apartments and the staff is amazing. Came in for a tour and was greeted by the Manager Leo. When I first walked in he stood up and shook my hand. VERY Professional!! And welcoming. I toured a 2bedroom. Leo made me feel very comfortable while speaking to him, if I could I would give this place 10 stars solely because of him. I have a couple more places to tour, however, I will consider renting here because of this leasing agent. Everyone should most definitely come visit KD Place ! *10 star rating*

Gail and Rose are the best kindest people that I’ve ever met in Las Vegas. The newest attraction the spear is within view of this place. U will enjoy looking at the different colors and LED lights shows .

The manager Kelli is so kind and helpful. I can’t give enough stars! I called earlier today to get information on any available floor plans/ pricing. The customer service provided on the phone was the final selling point to make an appointment and swing by. When I got to the property I was greeted with the same customer service provided on the phone. The apartment was beautiful, manager was great, and the apartment community was welcoming. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Our new manager Kelli is a great asset to our community. She's caring, attentive, positive and always available. I've resided at Spectrum at Katie for 2 years and she's been the best Manager thus far. Maintenance is taken care of quick and efficiently, Miguel is fantastic. The only downside is paying for cable, most homes have Wifi, so cable is no longer a necessary commodity.

Very fast responses, very detailed, she went above and beyond and out of her way to make me feel comfortable with an apartment showing me 2 options.
