Celica and Rose, the community Manager and Assistant Manager, are absolutely caring, helping, knowledgeable, and kind ladies. The location is close to shopping, dinning and transportation. I highly recommend KD Place for your next apartment home.

I moved to Vegas as a single mom of three, two of which have special needs. A few weeks after arriving found out I was very sick and needed a lot of care. Living here has been nothing short of a blessing from rose and Leos kindness to having any issues taken care of immediately! very clean and nice apartments and the staff is amazing. I would highly recommend.
Came in for a tour and was greeted by the Manager Leo. When I first walked in he stood up and shook my hand. VERY Professional!! And welcoming. I toured a 2bedroom. Leo made me feel very comfortable while speaking to him, if I could I would give this place 10 stars solely because of him. I have a couple more places to tour, however, I will consider renting here because of this leasing agent.

Leo the manager is amazing. He goes above and beyond to help and please residents. Very professional and friendly. I have lived here for 16 years and first manager I can say genuinely cares about the community and residents. Property itself looks a lot cleaner and well maintained in the last 2 months since Leo has taken over the property.
