I’ve been here over a decade and the service is great!

We’ve been staying here since 2023 and I have no complaints. Location is great and the Apartment staff are all very accomodating.

I’ve lived here for about 7 months and KD place is great to live.Good location not far from the sphere. Even though we’re located across the street from a school, i never had issues with teenagers or anything. I highly recommend KD place.

I've lived at KD Place since '22. The management office has been great. The few maintenance requests I've made were usually fixed within a day or so. The complex is typically quiet for most of the year. Only during summers will it get a little loud, but this is typically only around the pool area. Just about all residents stick to their own business but are still respectful and friendly. The office regularly offers community activities like charity drives, pizza parties, and donut giveaways. Between the apartment staff, the location which is within walking distance of numerous grocery stores and restaurants, and the reasonable pricing for a 2br, I'd definitely recommend KD Place.

The units are clean with no bug or rodent issues. Everyone in the front office is kind and very helpful. And the maintenance team is prompt and knows what they’re doing!

Celica and Rose have been great with helping in all our needs and we can't forget about our maintenance team Matt and Don always gets the job done and in a timely matter . Keep up the great work!

KD Place management, especially Ms. Celica and Ms. Rose, are responsive and friendly. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the complex feels well cared for. Clear communication and reliable service create a quiet, secure, well-maintained environment, with residents receiving timely updates and proactive attention to their needs. Highly recommended to stay in the heart of Las Vegas!!
