Just moved into KD place. They are beautiful apartments. Celica was beyond amazing. Very involved through the entire process and made it really easy for us to get in. Shes super pleasant to work with. Her energy is very welcoming and positive. And has been nothing but supportive with anything we have needed her help with since we moved in. The other staff have been great too. The maintence crew are super friendly and efficient. We had a slight issue with the AC when we first moved in and it was fixed within the day. The apartments are very clean and well kept. No bugs. And very spacious (we have a 2 bed, 2 bath) a nice sized patio as well. Valet trash is a nice plus. We are very pleased with our deisicion to move into KD place.

Celica was so welcoming and helpful through the leasing process. Her positive energy is what drew me to KD Place. Thank you, Celica!

The neighborhood is super quiet and the people are nice and polite. The amazing ladies that helped me feel at home and welcomed me to the community made it feel like a blessing to live here. Thank you Celica and Rose. Great vibes and great times!!
