Our new manager Kelli is a great asset to our community. She's caring, attentive, positive and always available. I've resided at Spectrum at Katie for 2 years and she's been the best Manager thus far. Maintenance is taken care of quick and efficiently, Miguel is fantastic. The only downside is paying for cable, most homes have Wifi, so cable is no longer a necessary commodity.

Can’t even fully explain the customer service and help “Dee” has provided. Very fast responses, very detailed, she went above and beyond and out of her way to make me feel comfortable with an apartment showing me 2 options. She went out of her way to FaceTime me and go into details. This is my first time moving to Vegas from California and my mini family and I feel so much at ease with starting a new journey.
