After 14 years of living at KD Place, we finally have a wonderful manager and assistant manager. Celica Gonzalez and Rose make a great team! As you walk the property you can see what a difference there is, when you have a property manager that pays attention to detail. The property owner should be proud of the choice they have made, by placing a manager that gets things done in a timely manor for its residents.

I am so happy with rose she was so helpful and informative she was always on top of things and got me a beautiful apartment I would definitely recommend they are clean and quiet and well kept

I spent a life time in the construction trade's. This place has been renovated beautifully, with a strong attention to detail. Rose was beyond knowledgeable, and extremely helpful on all aspects of our lease. Hopefully, my daughter will live here for many years to come.

CELICA Gonzalez is doing a great job. She really listen to the us the people. I really like that she send maintenance as so as possible to your apartments when something needs fixing.
