We love our apartment because it is newly renovated, clean, and well maintained. The staff are very accommodating and nice, especially Celica who has helped us a lot with our concerns. The community feels safe and welcoming, and any maintenance requests are always handled quickly and professionally. Plus, the location is perfect—it’s close to everything we need, including the Strip, malls, and groceries. We love it here!

I have been a resident for a few months, I have no problem with the property, we love it here, Celica is very helpful, she is very friendly and professional.

Great location! I have lived here for a year renewing my lease. They have a pool and a gym. The passport is nearby. Celica is a very good manager.

I absolutely love living here, it truly feels like home! The community is safe, welcoming, and full of heart. Celica, the manager, is simply the best. Miss Rose and the maintenance team are always quick and reliable. It's rare to find a place this cozy and well-managed in Las Vegas. Highly recommend!

Living at KD Place has been a truly positive experience. The apartment itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and peaceful environment. But what really makes KD Place stand out is the incredible admin staff—especially Celica Gonzalez. She is genuinely kind, friendly, and always goes out of her way to be helpful and considerate. Whether it’s answering questions, handling maintenance requests, or simply creating a welcoming atmosphere, she and her team consistently go above and beyond. I couldn't ask for a better place to live. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent experience at KD Place. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Special kudos to the manager, Ms. Celica, for her thoughtful guidance and attentive oversight, and to Rose for going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The team was organized, responsive, and genuinely caring about my needs. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and I felt valued as a guest every step of the way. Highly recommend KD Place for top-notch service and a positive, welcoming atmosphere.
