KD place has been a wonderful experience for me especially with being my first apartment. 😊 The management is amazing! Celica is very kind and great at what she does here at KD place. Any service orders i’ve had while living here have been resolved immediately by maintenance team which are also extremely kind people! I would recommend KD place to anybody looking for a place to call home! Seriously the best! 🏡

They’re also incredibly responsive to emails, which is a huge plus since we both have busy schedules. The maintenance team, Matt and Donny, are fantastic—always quick, friendly, and eager to assist with any issues that come up. It’s clear they take pride in maintaining the property and ensuring everything runs smoothly. The community itself is peaceful and quiet, with great amenities like a pool to enjoy. The overall atmosphere here is calm and welcoming, and we truly feel part of a tight-knit community. We’re so happy to call this place home, and we’re grateful for all the wonderful people who make it such a great place to live.

We love our apartment because it is newly renovated, clean, and well maintained. The staff are very accommodating and nice, especially Celica who has helped us a lot with our concerns. The community feels safe and welcoming, and any maintenance requests are always handled quickly and professionally. Plus, the location is perfect—it’s close to everything we need, including the Strip, malls, and groceries. We love it here!
